3. Availability of the website/supplier portal 

1. The supplier portal is available 24 hours a day. However, there may be interruptions in availability due to maintenance work required for the system. Interruptions to availability may also occur due to force majeure or other causes for which H. & J. Brüggen KG is not responsible, such as wilful intent or gross negligence.
2. H. & J. Brüggen KG points this out, 

• that it is technically impossible to make the website available free of errors of any kind and that H. & J. Brüggen KG accepts no responsibility for this; 
• that errors and their rectification may lead to the temporary shutdown of the website;

Brüggen KG Supplier Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and/or mobile device.
