The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (f) DSVGO of the legitimate interest. The legitimate interest lies in the registration of suppliers and the provision of documents. In addition, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (c) GDPR may apply if there are legal obligations when concluding contracts, such as the indication of authorised signatory contact persons or communication in the context of offer and acceptance.

We process your personal data such as registration and contact data as well as other contact data provided by you in the context of contract processing. 

  1. Recipients and third country transfer

We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of handling the supplier relationship. There is no transfer to third countries or disclosure to third parties.

When processing your data, you have the following rights in accordance with Art. 15 to 22 DSGVO:

  • Data portability 

Insofar as your personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (a) GDPR on the basis of your consent or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (f) GDPR to safeguard legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of this data at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process this personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. These must outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing must serve the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

  1. Duration of storage

We process your personal data for the duration of the supplier relationship. In addition, retention periods of up to 10 years may apply if there are tax-related obligations to provide evidence.

No automated decision-making (including profiling) is carried out.
