Insights, Challenges and Trends
Last week, Sales Day 2025 took place at Brüggen – a valuable opportunity for our sales team to exchange ideas with colleagues from Poland and France, to analyze the current market and competitive situation and to develop impulses for future growth.
The day began with a brief review of the past year and a detailed presentation of this year’s goals and investment plans. In the second part, we took an intensive look at our competitors – in particular, at their strengths. The insights gained should enable us to continuously improve. The third part was no less exciting: we analyzed our markets and identified the trends and growth potential that are relevant for us, but also threats and challenges. Unsurprisingly, oat and protein products, in particular, emerged as major trends here and thus hold particularly great potential for us.
The final highlight was a tasting session of product innovations from all three European production sites. After all that theory, everyone was delighted with the welcome change and enjoyed a very special taste experience.
All in all, the Sales Day was both a compass and an energy booster. With clear plans and lots of fresh ideas in our heads, we are tackling the near and more distant future.
