Vertriebsassistenz Export (m/w/d)

You can expect exciting tasks with us:

As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you will play a key role in supporting our Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
 
You will also take on exciting tasks:
  • Appointment management and coordination: You keep an eye on the calendar, plan and prepare appointments before and after. You accompany the Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to appointments and are responsible for efficient scheduling.
  • Communication and correspondence: You will conduct active customer correspondence in English, both in writing and by telephone. You are the interface between customers and internal departments, responsible for clarifying customer queries and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Data management and reporting: You create presentations, carry out comparisons in Excel (e.g. articles, nutritional values) and monitor customer data and portals.
  • Project management and support in day-to-day business: You will be involved in the planning, control and implementation of internal and external customer processes, such as the maintenance of customer portals or change management for raw materials and packaging. You will also take on project-related tasks.

What you need:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the food industry
  • Sales experience is desirable, but not essential - we also value experience from production-related companies with complex structures
  • a strong organizational talent and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you
  • You can set priorities and react flexibly to changing requirements
  • A high level of reliability, trustworthiness and steadfastness are a matter of course for you
  • You have a quick grasp and logical thinking skills
  • a proactive approach characterizes you and you approach even unknown tasks with determination - even if information is missing, this is no problem for you
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor
  • sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (a lot of communication in English)
