Sachbearbeiter Kreditorenbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

You can expect exciting tasks with us:

  • Ensuring the entire invoice receipt process for FI invoices and logistical invoice verification
  • Recording, processing, account assignment, posting and monitoring the release process
  • Maintaining and updating the master data of our vendors
  • Processing and clarifying incoming reminders
  • Carrying out the automatic payment run in SAP
  • Account maintenance and reconciliation in the accounts payable area, including monitoring open items
  • Responsibility for the cash register and keeping the cash book
  • Creation and posting of intercompany invoices and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
  • Creating manual invoices in Easybill and monitoring incoming payments and reminders
  • Participation in the continuous optimization of processes in accounts payable accounting

What you need:

  • You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in the field of accounts payable would be desirable
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • You have an analytical mindset and take responsibility for the precise handling of accounting processes
  • Your affinity for numbers and reliability characterize you in your daily dealings with finances
  • You have a high level of commitment and remain flexible and resilient even in intensive phases
  • You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner
  • You enjoy teamwork and feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment
  • Good knowledge of German and English
