We are looking for the next possible date for a
Sachbearbeiter Kreditorenbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
You can expect exciting tasks with us:
- Ensuring the entire invoice receipt process for FI invoices and logistical invoice verification
- Recording, processing, account assignment, posting and monitoring the release process
- Maintaining and updating the master data of our vendors
- Processing and clarifying incoming reminders
- Carrying out the automatic payment run in SAP
- Account maintenance and reconciliation in the accounts payable area, including monitoring open items
- Responsibility for the cash register and keeping the cash book
- Creation and posting of intercompany invoices and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Creating manual invoices in Easybill and monitoring incoming payments and reminders
- Participation in the continuous optimization of processes in accounts payable accounting
What you need:
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the field of accounts payable would be desirable
- You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- You have an analytical mindset and take responsibility for the precise handling of accounting processes
- Your affinity for numbers and reliability characterize you in your daily dealings with finances
- You have a high level of commitment and remain flexible and resilient even in intensive phases
- You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner
- You enjoy teamwork and feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment
- Good knowledge of German and English
