Investment controller (m/w/d)

You can expect exciting tasks with us:

  • Controlling and Risk Management of Subsidiaries: Monitoring of financial and legal risks, ensuring reporting and compliance with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS).
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Support in the preparation of individual financial statements and consolidation, financial planning, and budget management in collaboration with local teams.
  • (Corporate) Legal Consulting: Advising the group on legal structuring of participations, contracts, and corporate law matters.
  • Tax and Commercial Law Consulting: Support in tax and commercial law matters, as well as monitoring relevant legislative changes.
  • Financial Analyses: Conducting financial analyses and providing data for strategic decisions.
  • Project Management: Supporting projects of the parent company and subsidiaries, especially in close cooperation with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

What you need:

  • You have a completed Master's degree in Business Law, Finance, or Accounting.
  • You have several years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, or Financial Analysis – ideally in a tax and audit firm or a consulting company.
  • You bring solid knowledge in finance and accounting, including accounting standards, financial analysis, and controlling.
  • You have an understanding of the legal framework, particularly in tax, commercial, and contract law.
  • You possess strong analytical skills.
  • You have strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and both internal and external partners.
  • High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information are a given for you.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
