Brüggen on a corporate safari
Continuous learning as a core strength for transformation
Inspiration In Berlin: A visit to Leitart & EBK
Our Transformation and Innovation (T&I) team had the opportunity to get to know the innovative working methods of Leitart & EBK in Berlin. Led by Sebastian Nädtke and Achim Gnadt, the Berlin team gave us valuable insights into their working culture and the practical application of the data analytics software Qlik. We were particularly impressed by the way in which data transparency and digitalization are not just discussed in theory here, but actively lived.
Artificial intelligence and the art of rethinking
A highlight of the visit was the keynote speech by Sebastian Winkler, who demonstrated the dynamics and concrete application possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI). His message was clear: in an increasingly complex world, internal solutions are often not enough. Successful transformation requires a culture of openness, “learn to unlearn” and active networking.
Our learnings from the corporate safari:
- Data as a common tool: transparency and the targeted use of data create trust and strengthen the corporate culture.
- Use of modern tools: Applications such as Qlik not only facilitate data analysis, but also offer practical solutions for day-to-day work.
- Openness and exchange: Thinking outside the box promotes new ideas and innovative approaches.
An inspiring conclusion
The day was rounded off with a presentation by Rocky, who outlined the strategic goals of the Brüggen management for 2025. The visit not only opened up new perspectives for our team, but also made it clear how we can grow and develop together.
